They did my oil change for the first time. I had been going to Valvoline, but it was brought to my attention that Valvoline overtightened my oil cap and caused a leak. Riverside Honda service's department fixed it and gave me a discount on my oil change! They told me my 2005 Honda CR-V I purchased from an elderly lady last year is in very good condition with on 97,000 miles on it. I felt like they were being honest and very helpful. They went over and above the service they gave me. They also checked my check engine light issue and turned it off. I left there feeling relieved and like my car got the best service from the professionals who make my car. I plan on returning! 4/27/25 Went there again today and everyone was super nice. Ricardo seemed very genuine and honest. I appreciate the honesty and transparency. It's hard to come by in the automechic industry. He even gave me a free day rental while I get my car fixed. So very helpful! ❤️🙏🏽😊

I always get the best service at Riverside Honda. I especially like working with Scott Brady, he’s the best. Scott had my tires ordered and installed on my Accord faster than I expected. I bought my new Accord in 2020, and then again my new Accord in 2023 from Riverside Honda. I would have to say that their service department was the reason why I bought both of the Accords there. All five stars from me.

Update:4/17/2025 I had my Honda in for service. If someone told me taking their car in for service was enjoyable I’d saw they were either being paid or are crazy but that’s how it is. My service writer Scott Brady is as honest and professional as they come. I feel like I’m leaving my vehicle with a friend. 5 stars again. Update: once again service was completed on my Honda at Riverside Honda. All the work was done to my satisfaction, this will remain my go to spot. Update: I’m baaaaack yea this is my place. My service writer is as honest as they come, the service department always does a great job. The coffee machine works good and it’s down the street from Riverside Harley! Update: So I’m back at Riverside Honda for service on 6/28/2019 and once again the service was definitely a 5 star experience. Washed my daughters car for me, had it done in the time they said they would and Steve the service writer was extremely helpful. I’ll be back I brought my daughters Honda in for service, the dealership and staff were so nice. The facility was comfortable and it was not a long wait. They also washed and detailed the car. I will be a returning customer

Went through Costco Auto program and when i arrived they gave me no negotiation. I just dropped the monthly number I wanted and they said yes. Car was fully decked out at no additional charge. Highly recommend and if you can go with Noe. Love my car! Got free front tint added as well!

UPDATE: I brought my car in for it's first "repair". My windshield was hit by a rock so I needed a replacement. Paul was my service advisor and he was amazing! I went through my insurance for the replacement and he really made me comfortable and walked me through the entire process, he constantly kept me updated while my car was at the shop. I highly recommend Paul and Riverside Honda. I know I'll only be getting my car serviced at this location as I had bad experiences with the Honda dealership closer to me. Ultimately, thanks to Riverside Honda and Paul's great customer service, I was able to get my replacement done in no time. 10/10 Thank you, Paul! Original: I had a great experience buying my first new vehicle at Riverside Honda! Lucio had excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. I explained to him that I had already done my research, test drove the car and was financed through my credit union. I arrived an hour before closing and he was able to get everything moving quickly. I had a horrible experience at a different Honda and he was just a breath of fresh air! never pushy or intimidating.
