Contest: "$1,000 TEST DRIVE" Contest Duration: Tuesday, September 12, 2023 – Sunday, December 31, 2023 Monthly Grand Prize Drawing Dates: 9/30/23, 10/31/23, 11/30/23 & 12/31/23 Monthly Grand Prize Description: A check for $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) will be made out to each monthly winner Grand Prize Winner of the contest to be paid by Riverside Honda. Taxes / 1099: Grand Prize Winners must provide Riverside Honda with a current, valid government issued California identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security card before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes in a calendar year will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Prize money in any denomination will be in the form of a check. All checks must be picked up at Riverside Honda during regular business hours. Allow 2- 4 weeks. Eligibility: Any potential winner, even if announced, is subject to verification. If potential winner does not meet all requirements, no prize will be awarded regardless of any announcement of a winner's status. All contestants (qualifiers) must be at least 18 years of age with a valid California Driver’s License or California Identification Card. There is only ONE ENTRY PER PERSON allowed during each calendar month of September 2023, October 2023, November 2023, and December 2023. A contestant may submit an entry form a maximum of four (4) times (one per month) during the total duration of the contest. c. Grand Prize consists only of the item specifically listed as part of the prize. Winner must take delivery of prize as designated by Riverside Honda. Winner must have a valid driver’s license and satisfy all applicable contest rules. d. All contestants have a total of one entry into the Grand Prize Event Drawing per month and all persons have an equal chance (odds of winning) in the Grand Prize Event Drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified monthly entrants at the time of the drawing. Grand Prize Drawings: The Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all entries received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of each calendar month.
